Change of technical systems start time

Dear clients,

Starting March 2021 MOEX is planning to introduce morning trading sessions on the Derivatives and FX markets that will start at 7:00 MSK.

In order for early preparation of the exchange and client systems we have changed time of the technical start of the FX market trading and clearing systems. On trading days from Tuesday till Friday from now on and till 30 December 2020 the system will be started right after the nightly maintenance procedures. Starting from 11 January 2021 the same will be done on Mondays as well.

Timeframes of the internal maintenance procedures on the Derivatives market have also changed – now they will finish by 5:50.

Please note that the guaranteed systems availability time for connection remains the same for now – 8:50 MSK. So we do not recommend to send any transactions critical for your business, such as limits setup, before that time.

On the Securities market the same changes in schedule will be made in the middle of January. There will be no morning trading sessions on the Securities market, but the system start time will be synchronized with other systems in order to support cross-market functions such as unified collateral pool.

Start time for other subsystems such as FIX/FAST gateways and client registration service remains the same.

Customer support time will also remain unchanged until the project production launch.
