Next release of SPECTRA

Dear Derivatives market clients,

The next release of the Derivatives market trading and clearing system is scheduled for 22 February 2021.

List of changes for SPECTRA 6.7 can be found on our website - release content, changes in the online registration service.

On Sunday, 21 February 2021, the final testing of the release will be held on the production environment. To participate in this testing please send a request to help@moex.com till 19 February 2021, 18:00 MSK, in which please specify:

1. Contact person, responsible for the testing,
2. Broker
3. Login and clearing register used for testing
4. IP address used for testing

For all Plaza2 gates and trading terminal logins participating in testing the passwords will be reset to 12345. Please set this password in the client_router.ini file for testing period.

Preliminary systems’ availability time is 12:30 MSK, testing end is planned for 17:00 MSK.

On a pre-release trading day, 20 February 2021 (Saturday) evening trading session on production system will be cancelled.

Cancelation will be performed on this schedule:

• Evening clearing session starts at 18:45 MSK on February 20^th
• After the evening clearing session new trading day will be assigned
• All reference data for new session will be available in gateway connections
• New trading day record will appear in ‘session’ table, it will not contain information regarding the evening session (‘eve_begin’ and ‘eve_end’ fields), ‘eve_on’ flag will be set to zero
• Clients will receive ‘session_data_ready’ event in ‘sys_events’ table
• GTD orders will be reactivated as usual, between 18:45 and 19:00 of February 20^th
• Reports will be sent as usual
• Evening session will not be assigned and there will be no trading in evening of February 20^th
• System will be unavailable for connection and receiving trading information for the last trading day from 20:30 and for client registration requests via Web API (files sent via EDI will be processed on Monday, February 22nd 2021)
• Data archiving (removing data for previous session) will be performed after 20:30

Thus evening session cancelation will be performed closer to usual clearing than a procedure with new trading day assignment after upgrade.

If you do not want to participate in testing, we recommend you to disconnect your systems from production environment on Sunday, 21 February, to avoid receiving test market data.
