Risk parameters change for the security TDOC-RM

As per the Securities market risk parameters methodology, on 27.01.2022, 23-23 (MSK) the lower bound of the price band (up to 4669) and initial margins (up to 35 %) for the security TDOC-RM were changed. New values are available here
