Risk parameters change for the security SQ-RM

As per the Securities market risk parameters methodology, on 31.01.2022, 20-11 (MSK) the upper bound of the price band (up to 11527) and initial margins (up to 52.5 %) for the security SQ-RM were changed. New values are available here
