HollyFrontier Corporation (HFC-RM) corporate event

MOEX reports HollyFrontier Corporation (ISIN US4361061082, ticker symbol "HFC-RM") restructuring. On 14 March 2022, the issuer announced restructuring and establishment of the new parent company, HF Sinclair Corporation, on its website. As a result, HF Sinclair Corporation will be the new parent entity of HollyFrontier.

Investors should note that in connection with this corporate event, all existing shares of HollyFrontier have automatically converted on a one-for-one basis into shares of common stock of HF Sinclair.
