Moscow Exchange announces that Amazon.com, Inc. (ISIN US0231351067, ticker - AMZN-RM) is planning to split its stock.

The split is expected to take place if approved by the company's AGM on 25 May 2022.

Investors should note that Amazon’s 20-to-1 split will result in each investor holding one Amazon ordinary share and registered on the share register as of 27 May 2022 receiving an additional 19 shares.
