Revised lists of the Moscow Exchange Indices announced
Today Moscow Exchange announced the results of the quarterly review for MOEX indices. All changes were made upon recommendations from the Index Committee and will be implemented from 22 March 2024. The Exchange has also set free floats and additional weighting factor for several companies.
The MOEX Russia Index and the RTS Index will be modified by ordinary shares of PJSC "Bank "Saint-Petersburg" being added and shares of a foreign issuer Polymetal International plc being excluded from the constituent list of the Index.
The constituent list of the Blue Chip Index will be modified by ordinary shares of PJSC "MMK" and ordinary shares of PJSC "ALROSA" being added to the constituent list of the Index, while ordinary shares of PJSC "Inter RAO" and ordinary shares of United Company RUSAL IPJSC will be excluded from the Index.
Ordinary shares of PJSC "EvroTrans", depository receipts of foreign issuer FIX PRICE GROUP PLC, ordinary shares of PJSC "TMK", ordinary shares of PJSC "UGC" and ordinary shares of PJSC "SFI" will be included in the constituent list of the SMID Index. Shares of a foreign issuer Polymetal International PLC and depository receipts of foreign issuer Cian PLC will be excluded from the Index.
Ordinary shares of PJSC "EvroTrans", ordinary shares of PJSC "TMK", ordinary shares of PJSC "UGC" and ordinary shares of Carsharing Russia PJSC will be added to the Broad Market Index, while shares of a foreign issuer Polymetal International PLC, ordinary shares of PJSC "Artgen" and depository receipts of foreign issuer Cian PLC will leave the Index.
The sectoral Consumer Index will be modified by ordinary shares of PJSC "EvroTrans" and ordinary shares of Carsharing Russia PJSC being added to the constituent list of the Index and ordinary shares of PJSC "Artgen" being excluded from the Index.
Ordinary shares of PJSC "TMK" and ordinary shares of PJSC "UGC" will be included in the constituent list of the sectoral Metals & Mining Index. Shares of a foreign issuer Polymetal International PLC will be excluded from the Index.
Depository receipts of foreign issuer Cian PLC will leave the sectoral IT Index.
The following shares will be under consideration to be added to the MOEX Russia Index and the RTS Index: ordinary shares of PJSC "Renaissance Insurance Group".
The following shares will be under consideration to be excluded from the MOEX Russia Index and the RTS Index: ordinary shares of PJSC "Magnit", depository receipts of a foreign issuer Globaltrans Investment PLC and shares of a foreign issuer Yandex N.V.
