New Charter of Moscow Exchange takes effect

On July 3, 2012 the information was received that a new version of the Charter of the Exchange was registered by the Federal body and took effect on June 29, 2012.

In accordance with the new version of the Charter the full business name of the company is Open Joint Stock Company "Moscow Exchange MICEX-RTS", the short business name - Moscow Exchange.
