SPECTRA FIX update on test environment

Dear MOEX Derivatives FIX gate users,

Please be informed that on 24 May 2016 MOEX is upgrading FIX gate on test environment on version 1.6.9. Planned date for production roll-on is Q4 2017.

What"s new in this version:

1. For client"s messages: New Order Single, Order Cancel Request, Order Mass Cancel Request, Order Cancel/Replace Request "TransactTime" field"s format is changed to UTCTimestamp/YYYYMMDDHH:MM:SS.sssssssss (nanoseconds).

2. For FIX gate"s messages: Execution Report, Order Cancel Reject, Order Mass Cancel Report "TransactTime" field"s format is changed to UTCTimestamp/YYYYMMDDHH:MM:SS.sssssssss (nanoseconds).

3. For all messages in FIX Drop Copy service "TransactTime" fields format is changed to UTCTimestamp/YYYYMMDDHH:MM:SS.sssssssss (nanoseconds).

Please, pay attention that your FIX engine should support nanoseconds extension. In case if it"s not we recommend to change description of this type to "string" and parse the value manually.
