Trading in securities of three issuers to be suspended

Please be advised that in accordance with the MICEX Stock Exchange Rules for listing, admission of securities to placement and trading, trading in the following securities will be suspended in CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange from 10 a.m. MSK on November 02, 2012:

• Discount documentary unconvertible bearer bonds of TOLER LLC, Series 01 (state registration number  – 4-01-36378-R от 19.11.2009; ISIN code – RU000A0JQML3; trading code – RU000A0JQML3),subject to mandatory centralized custody.
• Discount documentary unconvertible bearer bonds of SAMEN CJSC, Series 01 (state registration number  – 4-01-70636-H от 19.11.2009; ISIN code – RU000A0JQMM1; trading code – RU000A0JQMM1), subject to mandatory centralized custody.
• Discount documentary unconvertible bearer bonds of RASINI LLC, Series 01 (state registration number  – 4-01-36377-R от 19.11.2009; ISIN code – RU000A0JQMN9; trading code – RU000A0JQMN9), subject to mandatory centralized custody.

Trading in the shares will be suspended due to the redemption of the securities announced by the issuers.
