Order and deal IDs changes in Spectra 6.3

In addition to previous notification regarding order and deal numbers change in SPECTRA 6.3 we would like to inform you that by request of clients in next release maximum number length of order or deal number will be limited to 14 decimal digits. This change is already available on T1 test environment. In production the 14-digit limit is planned to be removed by February 2020, on test systems - in January 2020, for which we will send an additional notice.
