Trading in bonds of Mechel to be suspended

Please be advised that trading in bonds of Mechel OJSC, series 05 (state registration number 4-05-55005-E as of 14.05.2009, ISIN RU000A0JQFQ6; trading system code RU000A0JQFQ6) will be suspended on CJSC "MICEX Stock Exchange" as from April 11, 2013, due to an early redemption of the securities.

The early redemption is expected to take place on April 16, 2013.
