On changes in risk parameters for Aeroflot securities

MOEX would like to clarify that changing risk parameters is a standard risk management procedure applied by NCC. It relates to upcoming corporate event of the issuer.

Ban on short selling applies only to opening new short positions (without securities available on accounts to back them). Neither MOEX, no NCC requires closing existing positions.
