Dalenergomash shares to be traded on Moscow Exchange's Innovation and Investment Market

Shares of OJSC Dalenergomash, one of Russia's leading power engineering companies, begin trading on the Moscow Exchange"s Innovation and Investment Market (iIM) today.

The parameters in the Exchange"s trading system are as follows:

Short name: Energomash;
State share registration number: 1-01-31763-F;
Ticker: DALM

The company"s market cap is RUB519,3 mln. Moscow Partners was the listing agent and lead manager for the placement. The funds raised are expected to be used to modernize the company's production facilities and to launch innovative new engineering products.

OJSC Dalenergomash is the 27th share issuer, of the iIM, and the first company on the market from Russia's Far Eastern Federal District. 

"Dalenergomash going public is evidence of the iIM's importance in attracting investment in domestic hi-tech heavy industry companies", said iIM Executive Director Gennady Margolit.

Dalenergomash, founded in 1933, is one of the oldest and largest enterprises in Russia's Far East. It manufactures gas turbine, compressor, forced draft, and pumping equipment, as well as a range of noncore products, and provides industry related services.
The Innovation and Investment Market (iIM) was created by the Moscow Exchange and Rusnano for small and mid cap high tech companies. It allows innovative companies to conduct IPO and SPOs and have their securities admitted to trading on the Moscow Exchange's secondary market.

41 companies, including nine venture funds and five bond issuers, have thus far been admitted to the iIM, which comprises three segments; allocation to a particular segment is determined by a company's age and scale of operations, as well as by the intended group of investors.
