Client connections testing on 28 September 2013

Moscow Exchange would like to remind you that starting from 1 October 2013 the Moscow Exchange changes technology access schemes for Derivatives market through Kolskaya and Dolgorukovskaya Data centers. Kolskaya and Dolgorukovskaya data centres are planned to be decommissioned and all client connections will be migrated to M1 and Kislovsky data centres.

In order to ensure stable access to the market through PlazaII API and FORTS terminals after 1 October we recommend all clients to participate in network connections testing which is planned for 28 September 2013 from 11:00 to 13:00 MSK.

Testing plan:

1. 11:00 – network access through Kolskaya and Dolgorukovskaya DCs will be disabled.
2. If your application fails to connect to the markets, please check your network configuration and addressing. Software distributives with correct network settings is available at: ftp://ftp.moex.com/pub/FORTS/FortsTerminal/Plaza2/M1/ (terminals) and ftp://ftp.moex.com/pub/FORTS/Plaza2/M1/ (client API).
3. If your application fails to connect using correct network settings, please contact our technical support for assistance at +7-495-733-9507 or help@moex.com.
4. 13:00 – network access through all DCs will be enabled again.
