Risk parameters change for the security TMUS-RM

As per the Securities market risk parameters methodology, on 03.02.2022, 17-50 (MSK) the upper bound of the price band (up to 9929) and initial margins (up to 31.25 %) for the security TMUS-RM were changed. New values are available here
