Risk parameters change for the security VIPS-RM

As per the Securities market risk parameters methodology, on 23.02.2022, 19-10 (MSK) the lower bound of the price band (up to 599) and initial margins (up to 40 %) for the security VIPS-RM were changed. New values are available here
