Constituent lists for calculation of the MICEX Index, Cap Indices and MICEX10 Index revised

Following the regular revision of the MICEX Index constituent list carried out in accordance with the recommendations of the MICEX-RTS Index committee, ordinary shares of OAO "E.ON Rossiya" are be added to the new constituent list whilst ordinary shares of JSC "WGC-3" are to removed.  The new constituent list will take effect on April 25, 2012 and will be in force till October 24, 2012.

The following changes have been introduced in to the constituent lists of the Capitalization Indices:

• Ordinary shares of AK "ALROSA" (OAO) are to be included in to the MICEX MC constituent list. They will replace ordinary shares of JSC "OGK-1".
• Ordinary shares of JSC "OGK-1" are to added to the MICEX SC constituent list. Ordinary shares of SinTZ  are to removed from the Index's list.

The new constituent lists for the calculation of the Cap Indices will take effect on April 25, 2012 and will be in force till July 24, 2012.

Ordinary shares of OAO "Surgutneftegas" will be included into the constituent list of the MICEX10 Index. They will replace ordinary shares of Rostelecom. The new constituent list for the calculation of the MICEX10 Index will be in effect from April 3, 2012 through July 2, 2012.

As the constituent lists have been revised, new weighting coefficients for shares included into the lists of the MICEX Index and Cap Indices will be calculated on the basis of prices of these shares as of April 23, 2012. In addition, free-float coefficients for the shares will be updated in accordance with the recommendations of the Index committee. New values of the weighting coefficients and free-float coefficients will come into force on April 25, 2012.
