Terms of trading in Bashneft shares

Please note that 21 April will be the last trading day in Main Trading Mode with T+2 settlement for Bashneft ords and prefs due to new timelines for the company"s reorganisation.

From 24 April, the securities will be available only for negotiated trades with the T0 settlement code (intraday trades).

Trading in the shares is expected to be suspended completely after the company applies for its reorganisation to be registered on the Uniform State Register of Legal Entities and after the NSD suspends depository operations in the shares.

Trading is to resume after the reorganisation ends and NSD resumes depository operations in the shares.

The exact dates of the trading suspension and resumption will be announced in due course.
