RUB Interest Penalty Rate Change from November 17, 2014

Upper REPO Penalty Rate (HPenRate) on Equity Market will be changed to 19% starting from November 17, 2014.

RUB Interest Rate for the Additional Session in FX and Precious Metals Market will be changed to 19% from November 17, 2014.
