Spectra T+1 test environment upgrade

Starting 17th of April, 2024, derivatives market T+1 test environment will be unavailable due to upgrade to SPECTRA version 7.24.

Upgrade is to be finished by 22th of April 2024.

Full list of changes, new documentation, software distributives and schemes will be published after test environment is upgraded.
