Penalty REPO Rate Change for Megafon Ordinaries (MFON) from March 19, 2015

The National Clearing Center has taken a decision to increase the Penalty REPO Rate for Megafon ordinary shares (MFON) up to -100% (previous value -50%) starting from March 19, 2015.
