Update of FAST udp multicast marketdata service

New version of FAST udp multicast marketdata feed for MOEX Equities and FX markets will be available for public testing starting from February 18, 2021

Connection parameters are inside file https://ftp.moex.com/pub/FAST/ASTS/config/config_test_next.xml

FAST compression template has been changed. New template file is located in
https://ftp.moex.com/pub/FAST/ASTS/template/April2021Release/FIX50SP2-2021-Apr.xml

Planned production launch date is April 19, 2021.
