Planned release of the Derivatives Market trading platform

Moscow Exchange would like to inform you about planned update of the Derivatives Market trading platform (SPECTRA) following functional testing with trading participants scheduled for 15 February 2014.

If you would like to participate in system testing, please email your request to help@moex.com before 17:00 MSK, 13 February 2014. Your request must contain the following details:

  • Contact person responsible for functional testing
  • Broker/FCM
  • Login name and partition number used for testing
  • IP address
  • IP address of your dedicated access server (if applicable).

Testing schedule:

  • 13:00 — 13:30 Connection testing
  • 13:30 — 13:45 Day session
  • 13:45 — 13:48 Intermediate clearing
  • 13:48 — 14:30 Day session
  • 14:30 — 14:45 Clearing
  • 14:45 — 15:00 Evening session.

What"s new in the upcoming release:

  • New data filtering rules for erroneous transactions fees: for "Clearing Firm" access level logins the erroneous transactions list as well as the fees for erroneous transactions made by all Clearing Firm logins will now be available.

  • Evening session for Standard market will be discontinued (please note that on Monday, 17 February 2014, the trading session on Standard sector will continue from 10:00 to 18:45 MSK).

  • Main spot delivery term for Standard market is changed from T+4 to T+2 (planned date for change on production is 19 March 2014).

  • Detailed breakdown of the Market Making obligations through PlazaII API and FORTS terminal will be changed: Market Making obligations will be displayed per client (7-digit partitions).

  • Processing logic for all replication feeds except FORTS_FUTTRADE/OPTTRADE_REPL and FORTS_ORDLOG_REPL will be changed for PlazaII API users.

  • Additional CG_MSG_P2REPL_CLEARDELETED event (or, in case of ClientGate, StreamDatumDeleted event of the P2ReplStream object) for tables with revision number equal to max_big_int = 263-1 = 0×7FFF FFFF FFFF FFFF. In case such event occurs, the user must clear inner data structures for the corresponding table, and then it will be possible to receive data for tables with any revision number starting from 1.

  • For servers with several network interfaces it is now possible to choose an IP address to use for API logon session.
